Loma Prieta. The stunning views are only enhanced by the light footprint the building leaves on the environment.
Designed by Thatcher and Thompson Architects in Santa Cruz, the Iuliano residence was constructed with sustainable energy as a cornerstone of the design philosophy.
The award-winning, solar-assisted radiant hydronic floor, domestic hot water, swimming pool and spa heating system was designed by William Shady, P.E., Sustainable Design and Project Management, Santa Cruz, and constructed by Greg Cross, a licensed plumbing contractor….Blog, News Article | Tagged radiant heating, Radiant Living magazine, solar-asisted | Leave a comment
