Through a simple but thorough design process, SDPM provides the architect  and the client with the ability to minimize the space required for equipment, understand the relative costs during the design, and the information to make informed decisions during the design process.

The culmination of our 25 years of design, construction and product development experience now allows the Architect to specify a manufactured hydronic heating and cooling appliance. The installation of a factory tested appliance for hydronic heating and cooling minimizes the multitude of construction administration and coordination problems that have historically challenged the entire construction team. Because no one could tell what the mechanical system was going to look like before it was field fabricated on the wall of the garage or mechanical room, coordination between trades has been unnecessarily complicated.

Many building professionals including the Architect, General Contractor and to some extent the mechanical or plumbing contractor have been reluctant to risk embracing what appear to be complex integrated systems due to past experiences with site built systems that never really worked, or limped along and no one really ever new if it worked or not. The Climate Right System, with Direct Digital Controls is the solution to all of these problems by monitoring, alarming and warning the building occupants and service contractor of conditions that need attention. The touch panel PC graphical user interface is intuitive, thermostats are easy to use and programming is kept to a bare minimum.
